Possible wrong messages for Sounds of Skyrim Complete SE Patches #3014

I just installed Sounds of Skyrim Complete SE 3.0 using Wrye Bash and the FOMOD wizard. I also have True Storms Special Edition - Thunder Rain and Weather Redone v 1.0.3 and Obsidian Weathers and Seasons SE v 1.07a installed. When I ran the FOMOD for Sounds of Skyrim it recognized that I had these two weather related mods installed and so it automatically selected a combo patch for them and installed it. The combo patch is called SoS_ObsidianTrueStorms_Patch.esp. I than ran LOOT and it seemed to recognize the combo patch esp file and suggested a Load Order for it, but at the same time, it provided two messages associated with the base esp file for Sounds of Skyrim (soundsofskyrimcomplete.esp) saying that it appears that I have not loaded a compatibility patch for either of the two weather mods, when in fact, the FOMOD loaded and LOOT recognized the combo patch. I do not think it will impact my game since I have activated the combo patch esp file and it has been sorted by LOOT (an awesome utility, by the way - thank you so much!!) but still, I thought you might like to know what I am seeing.
