Acid Cam v2.19.2

I changed the way filter functions are called using an array that order did not manner. This will make it easier to add new filters. I am going to test this to make sure everything is working before the release of v2.20.0

This release includes a small update. You can now optionally stretch the video to the screen resolution when resizing video in Video mode if the stretch checkbox is not checked the aspect ratio will be preserved.
