Enhancement Request

Background

Gitea 1.23 brings various UI improvements, including a GitHub-like repository home page (go-gitea/gitea#32213).

These updates introduce significant layout changes that require updates to the theme.

Additionally, we will be aligning more with the new GitHub's design.
