Removing a command from service.json doesn't remove from UI until server restart. #5

Steps to reproduce:

Add a new command to service.json for a currently running service
Hit the "Reload Config" button on the page for that service
A new button appears on the page for the new command
Remove the command from service.json
Hit the "Reload Config" button again
The button for the new command remains on the page. It should be removed.

Workaround:
Restart lucos_services after removing the command from service.json
