New Profiler has "No Data"

Description

using the command on a new world:
/spark profiler --only-ticks-over 100 --timeout 60
results in a profile that has no data.

Reproduction Steps

This is on the modpack all the mods 9
start a new world
type: /spark profiler --only-ticks-over 100 --timeout 60
wait 60 seconds
open the link

Expected Behaviour

you get a profiler with no data saying "This profile doesn't contain any data!"
