Option / flag to use a specific network interface to send/receive test data from. #98

We'd like to have the ability to perform the test on a specific network interface regardless of what the default route would use.

e.g. ndt -B 10.0.0.1

Similar to how this works on iperf: https://iperf2.sourceforge.io/iperf-manpage.html#:~:text=all%20possible%20bins-,Binding,-is%20done%20at
