Hosting two blogs at different base URLs with the same codebase?

So far I've tried to avoid bringing all the code into my main website and leaving it at /blog in a virtual app, however I would like to host two blogs at different base URLs with the same codebase:

/blog
/engineering

I'd happily do non-content differences just via config transforms for different builds, however as the project is done as WebPages rather than MVC, I think I would need to convert to MVC (and then I may as well just move everything under my main site).

...Would this be the best or only option?
