Description

When I try to open Task Runner Explorer Visual Studio displays an error dialog and it does not open

Steps to recreate

Install Visual Studio 2019 16.3 Preview 2
Install extension
Go to Search (Ctrl+Q) and find Task Runner Explorer
Click to open

Current behavior

Error dialog box

Expected behavior

Task Runner Explorer opens
