Another run at Dockerifying MIAB #2395

I've seen the other issues relating to efforts to run MIAB in a docker container.

In the same spirit, I've made my own effort and have partial success up to the firewall config.

Is there anyone else interested along this line? My intention is to get it prepped to Umbrel and Start9 packaging.
