Revision: 2634, standard mangos-one and the db from this repository.
After SPELL_CREEPING_PARALYSIS = 43095 is cast, you should get a debuff paralysing you. Instead of getting a debuff, you get it as a buff and can dispell it yourself.

Probably core or is it script related?
