Can't Sort Tags by Alphabetical - Reverts back to Frequency After Saving Changes

Describe the bug
When I go to edit "My Settings" and update the Tag Cloud -> Sorting to Alphabetical and hit "Save changes", the setting changes back to Frequency.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to My Settings
2. Click on the "Sorting" in the "Tag Cloud" section and select "Alphabetical"
3. Scroll down to 'Save changes'
4. Popup appears " Your settings have been updated successfully." but the dropdown has reverted back to Frequency.
