Unable to get tile, connection closed

Hello,

Using Martin in docker with postgres on localhost I sometimes get the message

Unable to get tile 12/2136/1413 from cadastre: connection closed

It only happens partially on a layer, the other tiles are loaded but some are missings.
And i got no further information within the message.

What could be the problem ?
