When a task has no linked OSM feature and the user is in Rapid mode, the Rapid map is zoomed out #2521

Consider this task.

In 'Classic' mode, the MR map shows the task-defined feature:

However in Rapid mode, the Rapid map is zoomed out and the user has no idea where to edit.
