Currently, the notebook uses packages that are no longer supported (ex. esmlab) and internal code (zonal averaging)

Also, some of this (specifically the tables), requires the MARBL repo to be linked - is there someway to pull this from online without requiring one to be on an HPC?

We will need to figure out what is still "internal" after the refactor incorporating funnel, and make sure that the FORTRAN code for the zonal averaging tool is linked somewhere
