Add an 3D image preview of the currently printing file #452
Comments
The Thumbnail should provide an image of the thing you will print. Do you see it? |
I realized that for the thumbnail to work I had to change the port in the integration settings - it defaulted to port 80. |
but adding 3D model, I am not sure how we would do this in Home Assistant. It's a cool feature, but unless someone codes it, I won't try to implement it in the sort term |
no, I do not see a thumbnail. |
@wifiuk can you send me a copy of your logs |
@marcolivierarsenault did you ever resolve wifiuk's thumbnail? I am having the same issue with no thumbnail. I changed the port in the integration to 7125 and 80 and neither work. Also, my current layer is always off by like 3 or 4. Seems to start in the negatives. |
can you send me a copy of the logs |
Sorry for the late reply, life got busy and work sent me to the other side of the country... anyways, whats the best way to get the logs to you? shall i email them to you? |
For those of us without a camera, it would be nice to see a 3d preview of the file that is currently printing and maybe an image of the current layer being printed etc?
