get_occ_ALL(dir_out = here::here(“data”))
Get all OBIS occurrences for thorough analyses.

  • Look for expression obis_20220404.parquet.
  • Download if doesn't exist from https://obis.org/data/access/
    • Add file to .gitignore.
  • Read if exists
  • Return result of reading it in
