Can't start PHP 8.1 container (service "phpfpm" is not running) #1220

When I tried to use PHP 8.1 the container return an error:

[14-Sep-2024 21:09:44] ERROR: failed to open error_log (/usr/local/var/log/php-fpm.log): Permission denied (13)
[14-Sep-2024 21:09:44] ERROR: failed to post process the configuration
[14-Sep-2024 21:09:44] ERROR: FPM initialization failed

I am using MacOS. It's easy to replicate by:

docker run markoshust/magento-php:8.1-fpm
