Does this listen to multicast broadcasts in the network or do I have to address it directly via it's own IP?

I have not looked at this in a long while.

However, it relies on this code https://github.com/rstephan/ArtnetnodeWifi for network/artnet processing.

Reading through the code, I think it listens to broadcast frames. I my testing with QLCplus and think it just worked when broadcasting to the local network.
