Compatibility with sharkdp/vivid, Peltoche/lsd and an option to ignore zsh-syntax-highlighting

In MacOS 12.6.2, after installing and following the steps of a manual installation (I don't have Znap), my $LS_COLORS variable was ignored and everything was white, including a previous theme I specifically installed for zsh-syntax-highlighting.

The colors of the completion don't match the $LS_COLORS varible.

After installing zcolors

As you can see, the syntax highlighting theme and the $LS_COLORS variable aren't being recognized.

I figured out that the issue perhaps was caused by me having previously installed lsd as replacement for ls and a vivid theme.

As you can see from the requirements listed in the Readme and from issue #19, Z Colors does not support 8-bit colors (yet). Pull requests welcome! 🙂
