Pickle regex not taking #1

I installed this gem but while i run the cucumber test pickle steps is not found.
For example:

You can implement step definitions for undefined steps with these snippets:

Given /^user exists with name: "([^"])", role: "([^"])"$/ do |arg1, arg2|
pending # express the regexp above with the code you wish you had
end
