App rating: Star selection is a bit broken

Using Deepin 5.11 Desktop.

When I try to select a rating (0.5 - 5 stars) for my comment on an app, I have to click to the right of the stars. If I click on the 1st star I get "0.5". If I click on 5th star I get "3". To get "5" I need to click far to the right of the 5th star.

I'm not sure if this is intended, but I think it can make people end up giving fewer stars then they intended (3 instead of 5).
