Not sure if it matters but user listed on powershell is not primary user, changed name under profile but still listed

Try method 2, download MAS from there and run.
Share results.

Extract the files and try again.
If it doesn't work, try copying them in root of C drive and run from there.

Try closing windows defender and then unzipping the file to run.

Closed windows defender, unzipped file, same error, deleted completely (including registry entries) office files, downloaded and attempted to activate office home, same errors. Have given up at this point. Bought activation key online for $0.68, used telephone activation and activated. Thanks for all help given.
