[BUG] Error 3 (cancelled) on attempt to export video from iPhone 16

Current Behavior

Uploading a video that was shot on an iPhone 16 fails with "Upload failed - The operation couldn't be completed. (SessionExporter.NextLevelSessionExporterError error 3.)

This seems to be an issue with an audio codec. (NextLevel/NextLevelSessionExporter#49)

It only happens in the app. Using Safari on iPhone works just fine.

Expected Behavior

The video should load and be processed by the server.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Create a post
2. Attach video that was shot with iPhone 16

Environment

- Device: iPhone 16 Pro
- OS:iOS 18.2
- Version:2024.12
- Build:22c152

I am also having this issue on iP16

Confirming that I also have this issue on iPhone 16 Pro, running latest iOS (18.2.1) and latest app (v2024.12 (6951)). Happens with basically any video I try to upload regardless of the size or encoding (HEVC, x264, under/over server limit, etc).

I am effectively prohibited from uploading video using the app due to this bug, so I consider it a major regression in the app.

It seems isolated to videos recorded in the native camera app. Videos saved from TikTok, other sources upload just fine. Same with videos recorded from native camera app from older iPhone generations uploaded from gallery.
