CI: another travis GEM error blocking deployment

Expected behaviour

Travis Fedora builds finish

Actual behaviour

Travis build on Fedora fails on the deployment code (again...)

Install deployment dependencies

You have already activated uri 0.13.0, but your Gemfile requires uri 0.13.1. Since uri is a default gem, you can either remove your dependency on it or try updating to a newer version of bundler that supports uri as a default gem. (Gem::LoadError)

Commit anything to mate-desktop/caja that triggers a travis build, note that this seems to be MATE-wide

Fedora is the affected distro on Travis as that's where we run the deployment code
