Can we make test task as npm run jasmine-browser-runner runSpecs because we already have local dependency in the project. npx uses global one so you need to install it the second time, but why? #526

          Can we make `test` task as `npm run jasmine-browser-runner runSpecs` because we already have local dependency in the project. `npx` uses global one so you need to install it the second time, but why?
