Feature Request: Unit Dioptre

Is it possible to add the unit Dioptre (or Diopter) to express the optical power of a lens?

I would suggest to put it in "private static $nonprefixunits" in casstring.units.class.php
(Entries in this array are supported units which are used without any prefix.)
['dpt', '1/m', 'dpt', 'Dioptre'],

Or is there any reason why it was not put in?

That sounds like a sensible suggestion. I just checked, and dpt does not appear to be a Maxima atom yet, so there are no obvious namespace clashes.

@aharjula is there any reason not to add in Dioptre?

@sangwinc There is no reason that I know. "deci-point" might collide if someone were to add "pt" and by mistake add that to the prefixed ones, but why would one do that?
