'\composer' n'est pas reconnu en tant que commande interne sous Windows #20

Sous windows la commande roger create:wp provoque une erreur après avoir renseigné toutes les options :

$ roger create:wp
?  Nom du nouveau projet ?:  [super]
?  Domaine local ( sans http ) ?  [super.test]
?  Nom la base de donnée a créer ?  [super]
?  Dossier d‘installation ? [ C:\Repositories\super]
?  Instation pour une API ( headless ) ?  (y/n) n

?  Installer le starter theme Berry ( recommandé ) ? (y/n) y
?  Installer les plugins ( recommandé ) ? (y/n) y
 ?  WordPress en multisite ?  (y/n) n
?  Créer le projet sur Github ( matiere-noire/super ) ?  (y/n) n

Erreur :

'\composer' n’est pas reconnu en tant que commande interne  ou externe, un programme exécutable ou un fichier de commandes.
