More CDN friendly

I have a site that pulls the bootstrap files via CDN. If I try to save my page, I get this message:

Some files were not saved

The following stylesheets were not saved because they have syntax errors or are located on remote servers:

https://netdna.bootstrapcdn.com/bootstrap/3.1.1/css/bootstrap.min.css - Invalid url
https://netdna.bootstrapcdn.com/bootstrap/3.1.1/css/bootstrap-theme.min.css - Invalid url

So I wish there was better support for external stylesheets. But also I made no css changes - it should not try to save those files anyway, correct?

John, did you open the site locally (with Open file...) or with Open from
url?
