"Remember me" does not work if auth is ldap

Hi, it seems that using the "Remember me" function with ldap does not work.

It keeps logging me out.

I don't remember if this worked using non-ldap authing (e.g db).

We're running version 3.13.3. With php 7.3.

I have added this task "For Prioritisation" so that our product team can check and decide on this feature and schedule it accordingly.

As far as I can tell, this is reproducible across instances. I'll add my configuration in case it helps or in case someone sees similarities:

• Matomo running in a docker container with image matomo:5 (also happened with matomo:4)
• LDAP using non-ssl on port 389
• Windows Server 2019 as LDAP server
