Invalid matrix.to permalink format

Matrix.to creates permalinks in the following format: https://matrix.to/#/@test:domain.com

However, iOS uses /user format:

matrix-ios-sdk/MatrixSDK/Utils/MXTools.m

It makes permalinks generated on iOS unusable https://matrix.to/#/user/@test:domain.com as matrix.to doesn't accept this format. Android handles these links properly.

I assume the links format should be changed accordingly for matrix-ios-sdk
