my form isnt showing on wordpress after I put the shortcode

Hi,

Just like the subject says, my form do not show after I put the shortcode. My form ID is right.

http://managementsystem.us/mail/s/forms/preview/2 - This is where mautic is installed.

Below is where I want to put the form.

Sorry for the delay, I just checked the given URLs and I can see the form in the page. Have you found a solution ?

An issue in that case can be some adblockers. Because the plugin will try to inject the mtc.js Mautic script in your page some adblockers will disallow the operation.

Also make sure your not getting a cors error and that the cors setting has your domain in mautic settings if you have that limit on:
