Ignore some keys and combinations of keys for bindings like Alt+F4, Alt+Enter, etc.
+ would check and probably also lock out F keys, as at least in the older days, F1 was hardcoded in game to toggle controller input (and we had reports of controller not working because of it) and think it was not the only key doing something like this.

Is currently possible to bind these, doesnt really make sense (+ is potentially errorneous as a whole, had not tested full effects of trying something like this)

Saved bindings should also be validated against these, to prevent someone from trying to bind it manually in some hacky way.

This is also no regression, would not consider this bug really also. Labeling this as an enhancement.
