Things to add for the next version

• Add test such that not just presence but content of Readme is tested
• Add test such that not just presence of requirements.txt but contents are tested
• Add test such that not just presence of unit tests but whether the tests run without failing
• Review JOSS review criteria to design the above tests
• Add a test to see if the tool runs after installing
