Will Rhino3dm support methods abount Rhino.BitmapExtensions in future?

Hello. All of the code for Rhino.BitmapExtensions is in the Rhino core and not in OpenNURBS. What would you like to do that requires these methods?

I'd like to use "IsNormalMap()" and "ConvertToNormalMap()" in Rhino.BitmapExtensions.

Acturally, contents in Rhino3dm.net seems to be less than in rhino3dm.js and .py.

What is in .net that is not in .js and .py? We can try to add them in an upcoming release.
