Average Monthly Expenditure not displayed in Details Screen #7

When I put in a value for the max budget I should be getting NGOs with values for their Average Monthly Expenditure but the details screen doesn't show anything. See below. Also, need to change the screen to make sure it is consistent with the actual property.
