There are cariage return characters in turtle files where we don't expect them

In the file ClinVarVariationRelease_00-latest_1.ttl downloaded from https://rdfportal.org/download/clinvar/latest/ on Nov 5th. There are cariage return characters in the turtle files in literals delimited with only one double quote. e.g. on lines 214484 and 299191 .

These carriage returns are probably in the original XML.
I suggest that these are replaced by spaces before transforming to RDF.
