Recreating same palette again with same parameters - what is the seed for palette? #42
Comments
It is easy to reroll the palette but I don't see anyway to recreate a prior palette if I want to go back. Is there a random seed used to generate a palette reroll? |
To add to this, I would love it if there was an option to set your own seed for when random = FALSE. That way you could loop through different seeds, plotting them each time, and decide which one you like best. |

Oh gosh sorry, I thought I was on the github of the 'hues' R package, that tries to mimic the functionality of the website. I think I ended up on the wrong page! Still, I do think some capacity to save recently generated palettes so you can go back later would be very handy.

Yes. After I set parameters and choose to make a palette, every new palette
is different but there is no way to go back to prior palettes or to the
first palette. Even if I refresh the browser.
