Delivery options issue

I’m new to Medusa e-commerce. After installing both the backend and frontend, I tested it by ordering some prebuilt items. However, during checkout, after entering the shipping address, I got stuck with no available delivery options to proceed to the payment section—the rest of the checkout is grayed out. Instead, displaying delivery options. How can I fix this?
