The added prefix option for uploading to S3

Hello everyone,

I'm currently using Medusa, and I've reached the part where I need to upload files to AWS S3. I am using the medusa-file-s3 plugin. After reading the code, I realized that there is no option to add a prefix to organize my files under a specific object.

I believe many others might need this feature as well. I would be more than happy to contribute to improving the plugin if given the opportunity.
