Via l'OIDC, ajouter la possibilité d'avoir un role "MEGACTE_ADMIN"

Ce role présent dans le token permet d'identifié si un utilisateur est super admin ou non.
Si super admin, il pourra accéder à l'interface d'administration de Megacte
