404 sur api /parametrage en étant Super Admin #16

Sur l'interface web opendata, lorqu'on est connecté en super Admin, un appel API vers /parametrage est effectué.

Cela provoque une 404, car étant super Admin, l'utilisateur n'a pas de siren associé.

Correction à faire :

quand on est connecté super Admin, ne pas faire d'appel au paramétrage
