docker compose in README prerequisites doesn't work

I had to modify the path to use the /docker-compose subfolder but even then I get an error saying unknown shorthand flag: 'd' in -d

Thanks for reporting this issue.
The path should be docker-compose -f ./deployments/docker-compose/docker-compose.infrastructure.yaml up -d.
I fixed the Readme file and updated docker-compose file. .env file in docker-compose folder removed by gitignore, I added this file again.
