Splinter Cell Chaos Theory occasional visual glitches in thermal/night vision #2271

Every time you enable thermal or night vision, the screen shows these flashing artifacts. After initial switch on the image is messed up very badly, then after a few frames it looks better but still occasionally glitches as shown on the screenshots.

This happens in hardware and software rendering, also checked version 0.9.5 - same issue there. Doesn't happen at all in DeSmuME.

So a few notes:
This seems to be specific to the JIT? (though i haven't tested much)
This does occur (even more severely) with this PR. not entirely sure why though?
Seems to be something to do with main ram display dma timings?
