Items get moved week to week to week...

Adjusted weights, but things in milestone didn't change. More clarity on finalizing vs weights. Better understanding on how issues are tracked and what deadlines to use.

Personal responsibility vs. leadership responsibility when too much is assigned.

There is a lack of understanding as to how interations, milestones, epics, & epic roadmap work.
