Add command to retrieve information of all tokens supported by Mento #4

By default should return all tokens(Stable & Collateral) but should have options to specify which to return.
e.g.

# get all tokens
mento tokens list

# get all stable tokens
mento tokens list -s

# get all collateral tokens
mento tokens list -c
