[CI] multiple patternfile are being created

the first workflow here creates a patternfile

and the other two tries to create a file with the same name so that causes them to fail with this error

it's worth mentioning that this error only appeared after updating actions/upload-artifact@v3 to actions/upload-artifact@v4
