Provide full support for choice in bound classes

User Story

As a user of this library, I need the ability to have a similar experience for both file-based and bound modules. The lack of full choice support in bound modules makes this impossible.

This has been a long-standing gap in this library, as full choice support in bound modules was never implemented.

Goals

• Enable the generation of code for choices
• Integrate these bindings into the bound model implementation

• All website and readme documentation affected by the changes in this issue have been updated.
• A Pull Request (PR) is submitted that fully addresses the goals of this User Story. This issue is referenced in the PR.
• The CI-CD build process runs without any reported errors on the PR. This can be confirmed by reviewing that all checks have passed in the PR.
