After migrating to Rails 5, puma will become the default webserver. This enables NGINX to serve Prezento through puma's socket as described by: https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-deploy-a-rails-app-with-puma-and-nginx-on-ubuntu-14-04

This will inhibit possible proxy errors and overheads.
