Change Delimiter's color to the same TS uses #108

One major difference between TS highlighting enabled buffers and non-TS ones is the color of the delimiters. For consistency (and I think it looks better :P) could the Delimiter highlight group be changed to that blue color TS uses (TSTagDelimiter)?
