microeco examples?

The microeco package contains methods for various microbiome analysis tasks.

Recently added support to TreeSE via the associated file2meco package, see this issue. More specifically, the tse2meco and meco2tse functions have been added. The tse object needs to be converted to meco class before utilizing functionality from microeco pkg.

Todo:

• Check relevant functionality
• Cite in OMA; Section 2.1.3 lists supporting pkgs, at least add link there.
• Consider adding examples in OMA as relevant (but let's avoid duplicating material that they already have, instead we can cross-link in relevant sections for methods to recommend)
